Orders

Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the online tracking facility on our website under "Orders" in your My Account section. You can also mail us at care stylenox17@gmail.com with your order number in case of further queries.

We can ship to only one address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat this as separate orders. A particular order can only be delivered to a single address.

We do not process orders for a Post Office Box address.

Payments & Pricing

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All payments are 100% secure.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

Yes, our combos are priced lower than individual products to give you better value.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within India takes 5–7 working days. Express shipping is available in select cities.

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is in the pipeline.

Once your order is shipped, we send a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also message us on WhatsApp for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our Return Policy page for more.

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

Customization & Product Care

Yes! We can match colors, adjust sizes, or create custom combos. Just contact us with your request.

Store in a dry place, away from moisture. Use a soft brush or gentle steam for safas. Avoid perfumes and water contact for metallic items.
